Sunday 10a.m.- Cardio and Strength Bootcamp Fit Club by Jack
Cardio ,strength, core, and more! 1 hour.

Sunday 11a.m.- Yoga by Dami
Stretching, breathing, flexibility. Great way to start the week! 1 hour.

Monday/ Wednesdays 10 a.m.- Flow Yoga Fit Club by Dami
A flowing sequence of poses focusing on breathing and flexibility. 1hour.

Monday 9a.m.- Neighborhoods Run Fit Club by Elizabeth
Varied courses and destinations. See the sights while getting a great cardio
workout! 1 hour.

Monday 7p.m.- Mat Pilates by TBA
Focus on core strength, stability, and posture. 1 hour

Tuesday 10a.m.- Cardio/Strength Fit Club by Dami
Nonstop high intensity class incorporating numerous cardio styles; drills, light
boxing, etc... 1 hour.

Tuesday 7p.m.- Military Bootcamp by Jack
Cardio and drills. Strength training using your own bodyweight. 1 hour.

Tuesday 8:30 p.m.- Kickboxing by Josh
Learn the basics of Muay Thai boxing, and get an amazing cardio workout as
well! 1 hour.

Wednesday 7p.m.- Cardio and Abs by Lateef
Total body training , strength, cardio, and core! Geared toward full body
toning, conditioning, and endurance. 1 hour.

Thursday 10a.m.- Full Body Sculpt Fit Club by Dami
Total body conditioning, and toning using various forms of resistance. 1 hour.

Friday 10a.m.- Pilates and Flexibility Fit Club by Dami
Postural alignment, flexiblity, and core strength weekend kickoff. 1 hour.

Saturday 9 a.m.- Cardio Bootcamp by Erin
Cardio and conditioning session that really gets the body going! 1hour.

Saturday 10a.m.- Pilates and Flexibility by Erin
Core strength, posture, stability, balance and total body flex are all covered
here. 1hour.

2008 Summer Programs (six weeks)

Mommy and Baby have fun, get fit, and learn together. 1 hour.

Saturday 1p.m. ( begininning Saturday, July 19th) - Boxing by Jerry
Learn the skills and secrets of the ring from our very own Golden Gloves
contender! 1 hour

Saturday 11a.m.(beginning Saturday,June 7th) - Timberwolves by Lateef
Enjoy the great outdoors with this intense and fun workout of sports drills,
cardio, strength, and all over conditioning held in Prospect Park.
