Libby Snodgrass—Personal Trainer

Background: Libby’s enthusiasm for fitness began ten years ago and originates in her own personal journey for wellness. As a trainer certified by the American Council on Exercise, Libby has guided a variety of clients in meeting their fitness goals-based goals.

Thoughts on fitness/Training philosophy: Libby believes that a fit body and mind go hand and hand, but that just as no two minds are the same, no two bodies are the same.

Specialties: An integrative approach to fitness, incorporating principals of yoga, pilates, and sports performance training, which is easily adapted for clients with knee, back, or shoulder injuries.
