PARK SLOPE FITNESS COLLECTIVE RUNNING PROGRAMS

Advanced Beginner Group- This 6 week program is for the beginner or advanced runners NOT interested in running the brooklyn Half marathon.

Half Marathon Group- This 8 week program is for anyone who can currently run 1 lap around prospect park or 3.5 miles. Program is for those runners looking to complete the Brooklyn Half Marathon on April 26, 2008
