Background: Zoe is certified as a personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. Her understanding of biomechanics allows her to determine the appropriate levels of resistance and exercise for her clients. In addition to her thorough knowledge of the arts of yoga and pilates, she is a dancer adept in most aspects of physical movement, with specific expertise in the disciplines of ballet, modern dance, jazz, hip-hop, and cultural dance.
Thoughts on fitness/Training philosophy: Zoe’s goal is to inspire and motivate people to move, bringing energy and health into all aspects of their lives. Her favorite quote is “why walk when you can fly,” and she encourages all her clients to continually reach for higher levels of motivation, commitment, and overall fitness.
Specialties: Zoe’s workouts incorporate elements of dance, yoga, and pilates. She focuses on bringing fun and variety into her clients’ experiences of fitness, while continually educating them about their bodies.
